Imagine looking at a Vitals entry page that has peak flow fields available because this patient is asthmatic. Or a form that knows an infant doesn't have blood pressure readings, so it doesn't clutter the screen with them. Multiply that power by hundreds of attributes, and, as one example, you have what we call "Vitals Plus." The nurse knows just what to do, saving physician time.

This includes simple free text comments, modifiers such as severity and location, as well as unexpected findings such as a heart murmur and all its supporting details.
