Needs-Based Workflow
Acesis has built a workflow engine to address key problems with the complexity inherent in Performance Improvement processes through a user-customizable system of task assignment, completion, and signoff. Documentation, Evaluation, and follow-up Action tasks are applied as each unique case requires.
Based on the Acesis Document Model, each review case can now have any number of internal document-tasks. Collaborative teams work on a series of document-tasks by using flexible building blocks as a situation merits. Each document-task contains both flexible data capture (with clinical and performance data in a flexible, adaptive, structured Acesis Note), and flexible workflow activities (ability to edit, assign, track, complete, and signoff based on user role).
Completely customizable without Professional Services and without the technical skills of an IT department, and applying only the data capture and only the workflow that is appropriate to an individual case, the system is responsive to local requirements and ever-changing needs.
This workflow enables the fundamental goal of tracking the feedback loop for Performance Improvement. Once the Peer Evaluation Committee has made a determination, the work is just beginning. Document-tasks are then used to track Notifications, Dissemination, Policy Changes, Education, etc., with each task assigned, documented, tracked, and completed.
