Joseph Tanguay
Director, Customer Experience

Joseph Tanguay serves as the Director of Customer Experience for Acesis and joined the team in 2012.

Prior to Acesis, Joseph worked for The Walt Disney Company, where he created magic for thousands of guests on a daily basis. Joseph has now taken what he learned from the Mouse into his role at Acesis, striving to enhance the customer experience. At Acesis, Joseph is responsible for the full customer life cycle, including onboarding, implementation, full application roll-out, ongoing support, and making sure the customer gets everything and more out of their Acesis experience.

When not working, Joseph finds passion in traveling the globe, hiking, backpacking, live music, sporting events, and rooting on his favorite sports teams - Go A's, Warriors, and Raiders!

Joseph graduated with a B.S. in Economics from California State University Sacramento.
